When is the newest Top Gear from BBC coming to itunes?

I love top gear and i don’t get it on tv so i want to know when it is coming to itunes in America. I heve up to season 12 i know more have come out at least 13 i know. When should i expect them in america, or is there another alternative to watch it. Thanks
